Now the back is barely holding on and IP ratings gone. I will still use it at least for another year though because there's nothing else wrong with (touch wood!).

yalim, 24 Oct 2025Why s21fe? It must receive the update after s21Bcos S21 FE launched in Jan 2022 with A12 while the S21 in Jan 2021 with A11. Both got 4 OS updates, so there's no such thing as unfair treatment for the S21.

FE should be released 1st for those that dont got the money. And a month later have the OG come out. But instead these companies know people arent gonna wait 10 years for the BUDGET version so they release the Million dollar phones but not the $10 phone.

I've had Galaxy Note 9 and it didn't get past Android 10, yet the Note 10 Lite with the exact same Exynos 9810 (10 nm) got all the way through Android 13. It's all about the update policy when they release the phones.
It is what it is, but nowadays seeing how much they've downgraded my S21FE through the updates I'd take the limited 2 years OS updates any day over 4 or more.

I had green lines on my S21. So far no problem with my S21 FE from Thailand which just got One UI 8...
