        These are the kind of news to bring the company forward in times when they're overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of products launched by competition.
        Nothing substantial, nothing to bragg about, just Samsung in the headlines

          I really hope they didn’t cancel the S26 Edge. It was full or promise, for being thinner and carry denser battery. Oh well, at least they keep the compact regular Galaxy S model.

            I think due the leaks of firmware, which are popular on xda-developers. There is buch of "early testers" who install alpha-firmware without consequences.

Samsung does this pretty well, so I have no issues there. Sure, it's not like there's an extremely high CVSS 10 vulnerability in every security patch, but timeliness is still important. I could care less about software feature updates. Android is a mature product.

                                  I swear that nobody is making such a big fuss about their OS updates other than Samsung. Their 7.0 and 8.0 have been nothing but nothingburgers and now with 8.5 their biggest change is the notification panel costumization.
