"No two ways around it. The latest ColorOS 16 that Oppo released this year is an unapologetic homage to iOS, copying many features of iOS 26 including some pretty blatant Liquid Glass elements… and I kind of like that." PhoneArena
So i was right - ordinary chinese iOS copy for more money than i Phone. Choice is yours.

If it had the cellular bands for T-Mobile in the United States. I would never buy another Samsung or Apple phone
But unfortunately they don't have the antenna bands needed for the United States. They have a few but not all of them. 😡

Depends on the price and camera performance. If Oppo keeps the price reasonable, the Find X9 Pro could be a great option.

Cpt.Power, 02 Nov 2025What the stupid idea of clicking flagships are not for me??... moreNot really flagships have big stagnation in recent years. Nack then in 2012 it was necessary to have a flagship. WhatsApp, instagram and all that would only run great on flagships. Today you can run WhatsApp on A56 and be happy.

Look at thaaat, just checked OppO UK official website X9 pro and EVEN X9
Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) supported
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) supported
Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) supported
802.11a/b/g/n supported
Wi-Fi Display supported
WLAN Tethering supported
Wi-Fi 2.4GHz 2 × 2 + Wi-Fi 5GHz 2 × 2 concurrent supported
Wi-Fi 5GHz 160MHz supported
Wi-Fi 6GHz 320MHz supported
2 × 2 MIMO supported
AT LAST OppO properly stating Wi-Fi capabilities on the specs page!!
All smartphone manufs. should do this long time ago, but they hiding it.
Only Oppo and One Plus EU or Global versions 100% supports Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 with MediaTek 9400 or 9500.
Wi-Fi 6Ghz became too controversial and political around the world unfortunately and it started by because of the Huawei fiasco with USA few years ago...

The design this year is really to my liking, and the battery life test results are jaw-dropping. I'm not gonna buy any phone for a while, but if was seriously considering a phone, this one would genuinely be on my wishlist. Quite expensive, but I'd want one nonetheless.

No since the X8 Global non-Pro I already own is still more than good enough for the next couple of years.

Nope. If I had that much money for a phone, just like most consumers, I would just buy a Samsung or Apple. At these prices, I wouldn't tolerate software that still thinks you're buying an entry level phone. I would consider Oppo when they get rid of their user hostile App Market store.

Only reason for me not buying is because already spent for Vivo X200 Ultra in May 2025. So can and will only wait for real dual 200MP battle between Vivo X300 Ultra and Oppo Find X9 Ultra in Quater 2 2026. But still wished I could had waited longer for Oppo Find X9 Pro being a better choice! (7500mAh bigger battery and no need for big bulk volcanic manhole lid camera lenses)

I'd absolutely love to have one.
Oppo Find X9 Pro, but it needs to be a 1024 GB model.
Then yes.
But looks like they're still not doing it.
So nope.
Sad.

It costs $1205 for the x9 in the Philippines, what a price jump from last year's X8.
