See how u stopped saying anything meaningful and just started flaming and contradicting yourself?
Now I'm daily driving Moto Thinkphone 6,6" with no bezels, old redmi or realme would be 6,4" with those dimensions, who cares, it's too big, but a really nice phone regarding everything else.

Finally manufactures realized that one of the mostt important features of a great smartphone is to have a big battery which provides a longer working time. Nobody cares how slim the phone is.
The second feature is to have the largest GB Memory, storage, having a slot for SD card.
The third is a having ability to use this phone with all US mobile carriers, universal compatibility with frequency bands.
One plus is already a great phone. It needs to accomplish those three goals to become an absolute leader in US market.

I never said preferences don't matter and at the end i literally said you should try out multiple different phones in different sizes. You guys have used the same shaped phones multiple times and used bad/cheap ones with thick bezels and called it a day. And then used display size, 5.8" as the basis for all your arguments. Only when i talked about dimensions did you say anything and even then it was just random baseless stuff that doesn't make much sense. Somehow the iPhone mini is too small but the iPhone X is perfect lol
keep yapping pal.

jiyen235, 01 Nov 2025Galaxy S25 dimensions : 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm (5.78 x 2.78 ... moreOf course I look at the dimension of the phone and not the screen size and you are wrong, like most, height is the most important thing when caring a phone with you. It's not that big of a deal with handling the phone but where do you put it when you don't use it.
And why you bring up S25, the last phone being 14x mm (Iphone 17 barely too) and not this new trend like Xiaomi 17 is - 151.1 x 71.8 x 8.1 mm (5.95 x 2.83 x 0.32 in).
I said Iphone X because everyone knows it, I still have a Galaxy J3 which is shorter and Redmi 4X and something like the last two would be perfect for me.
I have also Motorola Edge 30 Neo and that's definitely to big.
You just don't understand that making the phone as small as possible isn't the point.
I want a big enough phone to use but small enough to carry and trust me 1cm of height is a HUDE difference, every mm counts. You think why every phone is so precise like 6,31" and not 6,3"? It's searching for that perfect size, every year, most people don't care and just buy whatever and they don't ask people like me.
Another difference is this braindead 20:9 (21:9 flip phones and Sony lol). Thank God everyone starts to come to thier senses, like Samsung and Apple stayed at 19:5 (I would say lower it even more to ~18:9) I had Xpedia 10 IV - big to carry, too small to use, worst phone I had.
The companies have no idea what some of us think and YOU think you know better LMFAO.

L.O.R.D, 01 Nov 2025You forget that some people have smaller hands, and there, ... morewe can literally fit in a battery that's bigger than the s25 ultra's into a phone that's as small as the iPhone mini if we use Si/C tech.
Your point is moot and you're just yapping. The iPhone X is not the best size because the width is too much for its size. I've tried an iPhone X and iPhone 13/Pro and the thing that actually stood out to me was the weight, thickness and curvature, not to mention weight distribution. I used an S8 before as well. The S8 was the more compact phone due to the less wide body, it was far easier to use.
You guys don't talk about the real thing, just talking about the screen size and now you're acting as if length is an issue. Go try out the phones for yourself. I've used all types of phones and i've always found the width to be the main issue. The psychological impact of the screen size affects you guys' comfort more than the actual dimensions/type of body of the phone lol
Again, you guys act like the iPhone X was truly compact but the s9 filled that void far better with its beautifully taller than 16:9 aspect ratio. Go and try taller phones and you'll see what i'm talking about.

iPhone mini is a true mini but the small battery capacity can become an issue, but the iPhone X on the other hand is the best size that can also accomodate a reasonable sized cell especially with the newer and better batteries
