Google isn't paying Apple 20 billions per year because they like them. They do it because they want all of your data, telemetry and social behaviour. I don't get why Apple haven't been dragged to court yet over their fraudulent "privacy" TV ads.

For me hardware company is like NVidia or Asus
Asus that makes motherboards and graphics cards and did that before they made laptops and phones. NVidia is basically making graphics cards CPU and then other brands use them with their hardware as Asus have both AMD and NVidia GPU
Hardware company is what makes hardware and sells hardware for other companies that end up in customers hands as civilians who can build their own things out of the hardware. Apple is not hardware company cause they dont make hardware and they dont sell hardware. Computer made under the name of Apple is not hardware they have built on their own. It's all made by other companies and then packed in the box that have Apple logo on it and then locked in with Apple software

In the case of iOS, Apple does not allow browsers to be released without its crappy WebKit. Behind the scenes, Apple calls its fans obscene names, but the fans think it loves them.

Also this site does copy paste articles with hardly ever do any correction on their own side. It's why most interesting news dont make it in here or come way too late when other sites have shown them.
I basically use this site only for the comment section but they try to even end this with their words censoring

Will the provide Genimi ”Siri” to also older iPhones? I think some smart fridge from 2015 has genemi. (Google said every Android 9 and above device will support genemi) so why would not Apple provide it for iPhone 11 and above? Or do I have to buy a 17 to get something that runs on like 2016 Android budget phones 💀😭!!

Apple should have bet on Anthropic's Claude when they found out it's better than Google's Gemini models but they didn't. This just shows Apple actually fumbled here.

Why would they release their own operating systems and exclusive software on their hardware if they're not also a software company? Why aren't they being like Intel, AMD, and Nvidia and their partners where hardware powered by their stuff, you can run your own OS and software of choice?

This is one of the greatest leadership misfires in Apple's history. You'd think they'd be able to develop a model in-house or that the company would buy a start-up and evolve its product. Embarrassing on their part, especially after all the marketing.
