Redmi Note 14 4G is just reskinned Infinix Hot 40 Pro with Redmi polishing and call it a day. they throttle under just light gaming. GTA: SA would just turn the phone into a clothing iron in 5 minutes. it has poor heat dissipation on phone coolers, so i suggest put the phone in the freezer like it's 2019 again 🙂

I don't know if the Redmi Note 13 4G will get HyperOS 3 with Android 15 or not. It might not get anything.

You posted the wrong link. Redmi note 13 4g says up to 3 android updates (unless they change it later). So yeah that's where the confusion came from. Not the 5g version. So you're talking about a different phone.

Gsmarena changed it after they saw my comment (it said "up to 3 android upgrades" before which caused all these mass hysteria). I don't blame gsmarena at all since people should be fact checking themselves instead of not doing it then getting mad at the wrong places.
Our comments are moderated before being posted. So they changed it. You do see that I mentioned gsmarena right? If only we can view changelogs but it isn't possible.

I have 2 Poco M6 Pro 4G . 1 stock and the other with HyperOS 2. The upgrade to HyperOS made the camera apk worse.

Poco nothing wrong with it, it's faster smoother and much more responsive

I don't know where you even got that news from? When I bought the note 13 4g last year (couldn't wait till 14 since I need the phone) I did my research and already know it would be until android 15 only.

"Xiaomi hasn't committed officially to a specific number of future updates. Still, it will likely be the same as on the Poco X6 models - three years of major Android updates and an extra year with security patches only." Is in the official gsmarena review.
TLDR: xiaomi didn't lie. But if you get all your news from certain sites that parrot the same "guess" then gg ig. If you repeat a lie enough times, people will eventually start to believe it...

Or perhaps you get a factory defect products? But either way that's what you paid for, they probably are using a cheapest quality motherboard to assemble their phone. That's what you paid for it for the affordable smartphone brand on the market.
I've been using Mi 11 lite NE and the device is still standing to this days without much issue. Except qthat battery life wasn't that much good after 3 years since I bought it in 2023. I'm surprised this phone can last much longer than I was expected.
Probably thinking for another brand after they had stop giving a security update or the device battery couldn't last more than half of the days out. It's a sign that I need to switch for a new phone.
