I hope Gsma tests camera stills burst speed and amount of stills taken.
I also hope Gsma tests AI image editing and other AI features.
Big RAM is specially needed for AI, but it may be useful also for camera to be closer to full size cameras in performance.
Heating up and throttling will be yet another problem tho.

If Samsu... moreSamsung doesn't create UFS AND LPDDR versions, it's not in their hands to use LPDD6, because it doesn't even exist yet, JEDEC is the one responsible for creating and maintaining UFD AND LPDDR standards, we won't have phones with LPDDR6 until late 2026 or 2027, same goes for UFS 5.0

But the software optimisation is really necessery before even making bigger batteries.
Could also be nice if we could change the battery easily. Like the old days.

Like we need faster chips or memory in the phones? Optimize battery pls and make it bigger ,what i noticed Samsung making battery worst after each update just like Apple so ppl would buy new phone quicker

I am currently using the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. If Samsung doesn’t bring 16GB of LPDDR6 RAM to the Galaxy S26 Ultra series in 2026 then there’s no reason to upgrade. As simple as that.

LPDDR5T (LPDDR5X-9600) RAM spec was first released by SK Hynix, not Samsung. And JEDEC didn't acknowledge (is that the correct term?) LPDDR5T as part of LPDDR5X spec until Samsung released LPDDR5X-10667. Rest LPDDR5X RAM spec were released by Samsung first.

Who cares...memory and processors are fast enough...what about an upgrade in cameras, nothing in 5 years !
