Hoping that the rumors about the severely downgraded global version are untrue and the global version launch with these specs.
It would be a massive bummer if it got downgraded. The rumors mentioned Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and 50+50+8 camera, which is a downgrade even compared to the current Reno14.

The standard Reno 15 makes more sense than the pro value wise with the same camera setup. No point in getting these phones in China at all though as you can buy the last generation Oppo find x8s and find x8s+ for cheaper than the Reno 15 pro and almost the same price as the Reno 15 now. I'd definitely pick the findx8s or findx8s+ over either of these. Later when they drop in price they might be reasonable options

This Reno15 could undercut all those 6.3" flagships but apparently, this won't be the same Reno15 outside China. Maybe Oppo will go the vivo route of renaming this into FE variant of their Find X line so they'll price it as much as or more than the global Reno15 Pro.

Only the white one has the "ribbon" pattern. There are other colors and patterns. Also at least 2 dark colored models with no pattern.
And I guess.. very few people who can only afford a reno model, use it without a case (I'm one of them at least).

Oppo has done this since a while now (I think Reno 11). They look pure (if only the OS was as pure as the design…)
Subjective opinion tho.
