The Android Freak, 22 Nov 2025But I feel Vivo and Xiaomi has coming close to them or even... moreWhile Xiaomi color accuracy becoming better by generation, picture clarity is not as good as vivo or huawei
While vivo is great in taking picture of low light both in picture clarity and color accuracy
Huawei is still better than Vivo in this area

Huawei focus in last few years has been processor and Google independence because of sanctions. If Sanctions would have not been there, Huawei would have market leader today. Their phones are superb. Used Pura 70 Ultra as well as Pura 80 Ultra. But I feel Vivo X200 Ultra and Xiaomi 15 Ultra has done fantastic job. I believe.

Truth be told, Huawei is a hugely innovative company. They always come up with some creative, innovative improvements nobody else has thought aboout. They were the first to introduce a dual color and black and white camera and to fuse images in real-time for better image quality, more detail, higher spatial resolution etc.
They were among the first to come up with night photography mode.
I had two of their phones running Android and they had gorgeous image processing and color science.
Now, I am more than curious to see what kind of battery wizardry they come up this time around. They have the benefit that they do not rely anymore on Android but on their own operating system, so they have full control over all processes eating up battery life.
Looking forward to seeing the reviews!

I personally miss a standby mode like on PC.
This way it would wake up and be usable again in 1-2 seconds. Best for people who don't wanna be always available.
