this is where htc,sony,asus etc must learn
-listen to the customers
-never compromise your phone
-plastic is low on my list but it is superior to glass/metal because it does not shatter, light, interfere with antennas, cheap and faster to produce.
i will ping samsung for removing fm radio though.
all in all good job sammy. i am up to my third iteration of galaxy note 3
