Samsung Galaxy S25 vs S26, S25+ vs S26+ comparison tables leak

02 December 2025
Not much is changing, especially on the Plus model.

Sort by:

With the S24 having 7 years of OS updates, the S26 is not designed for yearly upgraders. Samsung is probably after S22 or older users, especially those who had old Exynos phones. For them, the S26 would be a huge upgrade

If you have an S23 or later and you're complaining about the upgrade, then either you have not even maximized the use of your current phone, or you're just fomo.

Personally, I'm just glad Samsung keeps making the compact base model. It's practically the only compact flagship on the market.

Unless they bring back SD card they will called big changes

      This is s23 III

Probably put better cooling in (which is why it's heavier). So hopefully it won't overheat as much, but this is definitely disappointing from them..

I have been a fan of samsung till now. I have a s9 base model and I think it is a legendary s-tier phone. from s20 I was waiting to upgrade my phone. but none of base model s series phones met my expectations. I am changing my phone to either xiaomi or pixel.
money wasnt an issue for me. I wanted the best and I'm not getting it from samsung any more.

                                Samesong

Sure, it’s “Samesung". But they consistently pay close attention to detail in both software and hardware, refining the overall user experience in ways that specs alone can’t capture. That subtle polish matters a lot. It reminds me of how Nokia used to do it back in the day. Something many Chinese manufacturers still lack.

ollyb1, 02 Dec 2025its official, we’ve reach the point of diminishing returns We have been at this point for the last 4 years, no clue why you suddenly think something is different - if you buy a flagship or high-end phone, there is no good reason (other than damaged hardware) to upgrade for the next 3-6 years depending on your use case.
A Galaxy S22 Ultra is going to still cover pretty much all your daily needs just fine for 90% of people (if not more), same goes for older iPhones and other Android OEMs - performance is not an issue we have had over the last few years.

The Plus have been receiving only chip set upgrades for the past 2 years. Then Samsung wonders why it does not grow in sales.
