The white one is just a photoshop of the previous "leaked" white and black one. I don't think it is real, compare the lenses. As a side note, it looks like this guy just photoshops new backgrounds on to others' photos.

Anonymous, 27 Oct 2013if you compare the price i dont think you will go for G2N5 will be subsidized in US and few plus countries.Everywhere else it will cost almost as G2 :/

P.S.where i live G2 (unlocked) is 580eur,i will expect N5 to cost 500+ so its no brainer.

It would be perfect with an FM radio and IR blaster. I doubt it will have either but one can only hope!

AnonD-62795, 27 Oct 2013Wrong wrong wrong. The G2 is not better than the Nexus 5... moreSorry, but the chipset is exactly the same, not faster. The Nexus 5 is basically the G2, with some cut down specs by Google to save on manufacturing costs, that's why they're able to sell it at half of G2's price. The G2 has much bigger battery, better camera and a higher end display model. The rest is pretty much the same, just the N5 is a Google Experience phone which means stock Android. It's mainly the value you're getting for the price which makes it such a great offer, and how much having a Google Experience phone means to you. OEMs went a long way though, and these days many people like manufacturer-tweaked Android.

Often OEM skins are not slower or less efficient than stock Android, which for example Samsung showed by their firmware being faster and more battery efficient than the Google Experience version running the same hardware - because of optimizations made by the OEM. Late updates are the main con, but Google haven't changed much in their updates since the 4.2.

The G2 is not better than the Nexus 5, not by a long shot, first of all the G2 is LG working alone, which means that it's already a fail, LG's software is another fail and the fact that spec wise the Nexus is not only faster and with more RAM but it's also able to utilise it more seeing as it's just stock android, so yea you couldn't be more wrong.

Oh and thats not to mention the fact that the N5 will have kit kat on launch the LG will not, plus they're not great at releasing updates either.

Nice device...just for its battery size alone it will be nice to see a Google play edition, though that is not likely because of LG being the Nexus OEM.

Of course the G2 is better, but this one is basically like a cheaper version of the G2 maintaining most of its specs (other than camera and cutting on battery and display a little) while providing better software experience and being half of G2's price. The G2 is probably the best Android in this very moment, but the Nexus 5 will almost surely be much better value. Just a few cuts here and there and adding Google Experience while cutting the price in half.
