My phone is Galaxy Note II and use android version 4.1.2 can read khmer unicode after updated to version 4.3 can't read khmer unicode.

v.4.3 I can't read Khmer Unicode that I installed on v.4.1.2

How can u justify that the manufacturer needs 4-6 months for an update, where a simple tech guy in XDA will port that within a month. Well u know that their R&D has many more engineers than a team in XDA
