LOL... the lack of innovation is surprising!
Monkey see monkey do at its best! Same with gangnam style.
Bend for the sake of bending... *epic facepalm*
They better not invent flexible plastic!! Else we will have lumps of phone in our pockets!!

Ha ha ha..
Not possible to get a simple screen guard for it...
As flat screen guard wont stick to surface at all..
This issue i faced in Nokia N9 years before..

Gimmicky, will only sell in Asia because gadgets are a fashion accessory. In Europe and US this will get passed on as being ridiculous.

LG way of curve look nicer than Samsung.
But both is useless, why I need curve display phone? No way!
Both Korean company, be creative a bit! Use the flexible screen in smart watch not mobile phone.

For pocket abbility I agree Samsung's design seems a little more practical...At the same time the viewing might be a little better on this design....As far as which curve you like better it's all up to you....
As far as benefit goes...I think the only thing is it might not break the glass as easy

Just curious, 28 Oct 2013What is the benefit of curved displays for the consumer?Supposedly a small increase in viewing experience and mainly harder to damage.

"LG compares the trick to the self-healing ability of the Wolverine character from the X-Men"
You can also compare that to First Person Shooter & Third Person Shooter games.

Seriously?!
A curved display was a stupid idea when the Galaxy did it (I had one), and an even curvier display is even dumber. They should get sued for calling it "Flex," which implies that it is actually flexible.
Fail.

Is it just me? Are does this device appear to be less curved than when it was initially leaked?
