SAMSUNG has exhausted in the race of camera ,so they are selling similar camera setup from last three or four years , this is the only physical change that a phone manufacturer does on its own, rest all chipset upgrades are available in market. Actually what I have felt that SAMSUNG DON'T LIKE CHANGES, So Market of CAMERA CENTRIC PHONES is captured by VIVO and OPPO.

I think it's one of the most well thought out and refined skin's currently. Some other's may have some nicer fluidity and some cool features too, but One UI definitely isn't the worst or least refined. It's easily number 1 or number 2 - colourOS is up there too and maybe magicOS.

Samsung software is so messy, bloated and slow, no hardware will save them. OneUI 7.0 made it better than it was, but it's still TouchWiz underneath, filled with inconsistencies and major drawbacks compared to competition.

The main and ultrawide cameras are comparable, but the S25 Ultra can take good 3x and 5x to 10x pictures. The iPhone 17 Pro Max can only take good 4x to 8x pictures. Apple keeps following the footsteps of Android phone manufacturers very slowly.

Shellyman Studios, 12 Dec 2025It's sad, isn't it???It's sad. Samsung was always 1-2 generations ahead of apple in camera department for a very long time. Apple's strength was limited to its walled garden. Since 3-4 years apple kept upgrading hardware but, samsung just watched apple surpassing them. Apple even battery destroys samsung in battery life, too.

I use 13mm, 72mm and 240mm about as much as 24mm, if not more.
In case you move from 5-6 years old bar phone to fold and get worse cameras- it's something to worry about.
Seems tho, foldable have hit the ceiling of hw limits.

The improvement in detail from 50 MP Quad Bayer and especially 200 MP QuadQuad Bayer is so minuscule and noise reduction is so aggressive that a 16-20 MP sensor with a regular Bayer CFA wipes the floor with all these supposedly high-res sensors.
