Apple will try anything to ban samsung phones from selling in US, so that they can monopoly the US phone market. And US government will support them too. so dont get your hopes up.

Marchelo, 31 Oct 2013It's very ugly and no one will buy note 3 in USA. For every... moreWill be a bit hard to make a call on the IPads when your car is broken down. Note 3 is a cell phone with a decent size screen. I own one and I can't go back to anything else (I also own a S3 and Iphone 4s).

Half backed cake never gives you a real taste . Respected users limited feautres in new note3 and more features in note2 . Amazing what samsung is doing with loyal customers. Colours is more trick to sales. But wheres the features. I buy and sale to some one else same day . Again and again heating issue. Less s note features. I want phone not oven in my pocket . Plz stop playing with your customers .
