But when you will compare in terms of price feature ratio; these phones can easily beat bigger brands. You can't ask for a BMW by just paying the money for FIAT. But what you are getting here is value for money. Reasonably priced phone.

So they lack of premium quality build and components its not like same even though you see indians choose nokia for sub 5000 rs category because of the quality

I can say the same thing about Nokia, Samsung, Sony. I know they have proper service centers ; better service network. But they will easily cheat you by asking irresonable price to fix your phone. It's all same here. Service centers are pathetic for any company. What I am trying to say here that support these less known brands so that the bigger brands feel some competitions. And we can see some well priced phone from these big brands then.

venuontop, 09 Nov 2013This is because companies like micromax and xolo uses cheap... moreWhat did you refer to claim that Mediatek is cheap processor? They are priced cheaper but not at performance. I am using it and I have used phones with Qualcomm processor as well.
Mediateks are really good processors. They never lag, don't catch heat so much, give fairly good performance and power efficient to a great extent.
And the greatest thing is they are priced very low compared to others.
