You are in delusional. For S4, it's a same generation with LG G and Sony Z. Of course, They had to come up with New Models(G2, Z1) to compete with S4, because they don't make cpu by themselves. That's a big difference.

we will still be talking about the same point about samsung in Android 8.0
go for HTC one..you will not regret it!
