FYI there are already CM11 ROMs for HTC One and this is only OTA update for unrooted HTC One GPE devices otherwise HTC one owners already enjoying 4.4 on their devices so it's not just you who got it before this update :)

I am starting to loose my charm for the nexus series instantaneously .... My nexus 4 has still not received the Kitkat OTA update .... this seems to be a bit odd and a deal breaker for the nexus owners ...

firstly convert your one to GPE by running RUU
then you will get 4.4 OTA
if not you can wait until some developer posts a 4.4 custom rom in day

I already have an Unofficial CyanogenMod Port of 4.4 KitKat ....It is amazing on the SIII mini with the only bug being the camera glitches once in a while. Well done CyanogenMod (New Maclaw)

There is a thread on xda forum how to convert international version to Google Edition. After that, if the update does not come automatically, you can always update it manually. There are some prerequisites (like s-off) so proceed with caution. Or you can just wait until tonight or so and there will be a full ROM for flashing available. Anyway, be careful and be sure that you are the only person that is taking the risk if something goes wrong.
