Samsung can very easy make high end phones, even GS4 and Note 3 dual SIM(do not doubt about it), but can not sell them there. Even if Samsung try to sell high end devices at full price online, the telecommunications companies will be mad, and can refuse the deal with Samsung.
That's why only low end DUO's are available- because full price is low.

samsung launched grand mobile in dec 2012 and grand 2 in dec 2013 same like s duos in nov 2012 and s duos 2 in nov 2013 with same specification only little changes...because of less RAM mobile hangs... in 2014 samsung will launch core 2 fame 2 and young 2 ...samsung mobiles are good. but bored with their same design all mobile looks same

Totally Crap when it comes to specs...only a few improvements that have been change, go for other Manufacturer... Samy will end up in the Ground sooner or later...what happens to other company it will happens to Samy also because that's the way it is life spins like a car tyre and have it up's and down's ...there are times that you will be the Best of the best and eventually you will also go down to the ground!!!!
