I'm a tech freak and I have used many phone starting with iPhone, Samsung and Nokia. I can easily say that hTC One is the best phone I have ever used. It has the smoothest OS, perfect features fit, best build quality, best design, best screen, and best speakers. The camera is really great compared to the 13 MP cams. Picture quality is not all about the mega pixels (u need to learn what factor does really make a difference in picture's quality). and for those who are screaming to have expandable memory, haven't u heard of something called cloud storage or transferring the data to any PC???

perhaps if HTC were to look after customers better more people would stay with them. There is a load of people that have the one x who are feeling let down by HTC as it looks like support has been dropped.
The one x + is even worse as that was available new as little as 12 months ago & it looks like that is not going to get kit kat rom.
If this is how HTC treat their customers its not surprising they are slipping on income

The HTC one is honestly the best mobile I've owned and I've had plenty over the years. From Nokia to Samsung to Sony, I always come back to HTC.

Well, most people prefer plasticky SGS 4's with S-Crap loaded inside. I change phones quite often and still consider the HTC One the best phone out there (low-light shots, sound (via speakers and headphones), build quality, clean, polished android launcher.

This, that HTC make "great design" and "build quality" with this cheap, sealed tin can, is BS
It's the worst tech design- EVER. See iFixit.
Now they open the back of HTC One brick, to put only SD(non swappable battery again, though), but increased the thickness and weight even more. LOL

i agree that the need to focus on the whole market not Just Music Lovers
they need to go back to mp instead of up and keep their speakers then the phones would sell so much easier i probably wouldv bought an HTC ONE if it had a 13mp camera minimum but went for the Z1 instead
Just bought a Nokia Lumia 625 and im Hating it

HTC will be dead soon if they don't release a product that offers the best value for money soon. Everything from them is simply overpriced and with just a 4 MP camera. Soon, Nokia will kill them.

No wonder HTC lose many sales. ALL manufacturers that took the external memory slot have stopped selling. Many excellent equipment not sold due to lack of external memory slot. Another reason not to have financial success, is the inability to change the battery user. HTC finally got it and its latest high-end cell phones already have memory expansion slot. I hope not too late for a financial recovery HTC ....
