in India customs are as high as 20 percent, that is the actual reason, but it maybe the 530 with 8.1 wp.......if it retails for around 10000rs, it will decimate Samsung and Indian OEMs like micromax, etc (these guys are riding a wave by selling Chinese reference design phones, all with same design, 5 inch screen, useless mediatek "quad core" processors"

im planning to upgrade from 620, but ill wait for fhe 8.1 first, if theres huge change, wp8 is a half bake OS, so basic, and lots of bugs, hope they will make a huge leap in 8.1, or ill change to an iphone or android untill they will get mature

Price Listed is minimum price it is not retail price they keep price low to avoid taxes becoz they are not selling it exporting only for testing. original price will be grater than price of L720.
