$330 for Nubia Z5S? Is this the LTE/non-LTE version? For that price it seems like a steal! There'd be no reason to buy the Nexus 5.

The reason that Apple sue Samsung was to detroy Android OS and for the big money.
Samsung are the only one has the caliber that continuing affecting Apple to become world No.1 mobile OS and world No.1 phone maker.
Suing anyone else like Sony or HTC, Apple does not get any increase in their phone sale. Worst Apple, with the support of US Government, will not get the big money they try to cheat from foreign companies.
Even Google has high respect (better be) what Samsung has help them to achieve so far. Without Samsung, think Android might not make it this huge success.
