Now ur argument is that a phone (iphone5) that's been out for much more than a year sold more than a phone that's been out just about seven months???
Not something to be proud of, especially when the comparison is flawed and the iphone5 is eating up iphone5s profits with cheap price...

Next they will go for the iphone 2015 route, imagine that in 2019, on ebay for a week with one bid for $5!

Google Android-OS are the most advance mobile OS with many much smarter, advance & powerful tool built-in. If Android would drop all the much smarter & advance smartphone features, then it'll KO iOS immediately.
To called iOS an ecosystem was a joke. Apple iOS couldn't manage proper battery power on iPhone 3GS/4/4S/5/5C/5S. All Apple iPhone users has been complaining bad batt life, with most of them carryig a power bank everyday. Power bank was not a must buy item for cellphone user before iPhone appear in 2007. Now it consider a must buy item for iPhone millions of users.
Apple copy Android notifccation system and implemented it on iOS5. By iOS7, it's a much battery power drain system compare to to the originator Android notification system. So 10& Apple more in-depth iPhone users started struggling to learn how to disable more notification and background services. That leaving 90% basic users struggling with no clue, but have to buy a much higher capacity power bank.
Apple Ecosystem was a Joke of the 21st Century.

Look like Tim Cook are a more China friendly Apple CEO.
Before that, Steve Jobs look really down on Chinese people, especially those in China. He has never been to China, not even when Apple China OEM was at work labour chaos with many young people was work stressed and jump from their OEM building to suiccide.

The reason iphone is the market leader is that it delivers what most consumers want, , its not trying to be a mini tablet with a 5.3 inch screen, or pack in the latest octa core, people don't care about specs, its the end result, the Iphone is the perfect size, IOS works beautifully with the hardware, its fast and slick, endless amount of polished apps that work, the whole ecosystem.. that's it... you either get it or you don't...

You have difficulties to understand that iPhone 5 have sold around 100 million so far? Not all the iPhones together but just iPhone 5 alone.

Yes, but you should have in mind , that Samsung is not alone in the Android market. There is big competition, which Samsung virtually killed ..
Apple have no competition in iOS. Why should they make many models and choice? Why? To make you happy? LOL
They were afraid even of iPhone 5 , so they put it in plastic , not to compete with iPhone 5S.
By the way half of Samsung sale is high-end phones better that any iphone. (GS2/34, Note1/2/3, Active, Mega 5+, Mega 6+, GZoom, Grand, Galaxy Mini, even Ace)

Are u telling us to believe Apple's marketig gimmick? iphone 4, 4s, 5, 5s are not "one" phone. If that's what u insist, then u should count galaxy 2,3,4 and all of their variations...
If u are not convinced about the numbers, once agaim, try googlimg the quarterly financial reports for the combined and broken down sales figures for their smartphones, if u can find a breakdown for Apple.

Who are these never heard of survey companies that pop up with these articles. They usually pop up wih Apple articles and always lack clear fact based background or basis for their survey results... Seem more like advertisement companies.

Also i dont understand why you compare 9 months sgs4 sales to one quarter iPhone sales? Doesnt make any sense.
40 million is actually very bad compared to iPhone sales, iPhone 5 has sold over two times more maybe even three, and iPhone 5S sales in one quarter are going to be very near what samsung sold their sgs4 ever.
