Sprint should just buzz off...Tmo is not for sale. If Att could not do it with their 39 billion take over bid what makes them think 20 billion will do it. Tmo is here to stay and lead the way and disrupt the cellular space for the betterment of all consumers...both Tmo customers and the other carriers. We have seen how they have lead the way in 2013 and the other big four carriers have followed in their footsteps for the betterment of their own customers.

Same ppl (WE THE PPL) who fought hard against the Att take over bid will see that this is squashed as well...So sprint like Att keep your billions and try to improve your Network instead...unless u also have a few billions to dish out to Tmo when this attempt is futile. It is very vital for the US cellular space, to keep all four major carriers vibrant and maintain that American competitive spirit.

I was with Sprint over a decade ago. They overcharged so much that I talked them down $100 one month & $50 a few months later. A year after that, there was a class action lawsuit for overcharging. If Sprint takes the helm at T-Mobile, I'm Sprinting to AT&T. I need to have a GSM phone.

Sometimes l read a lot of these comments and laugh. There is a 50/50 chance of this happening. Softbank which owns 80% of sprint will move them into a better direction. Softbank surely has the money to buy T-Mobile, lm a T-Mobile fan so don't get me wrong but with DT T-Mobile wont last. DT wants to pull out of its US holdings of wireless, The two together would still have less customer base than at&t and verizon and still leave room for a lot of competition. Putting the two companies together would make the one company as a whole a power house..The future of wireless is Voice Over LTE...Sprint has A LOT of unused spectrum also that old 800 mhz spectrum would be a great help to TMobile/Sprint as a company...Think about it...If sprint purchase T- Mobile they would keep the CDMA Softbank is a GSM carrier so l would see them converting all over to GSM in the 1900mhz band..Most of the new cdma devices have GSM in them already...Quick OTA Update can set priority of which network to use....LTE would be in all these bands 800/1700/1900/2600mhz...Then add voice over that...even if they kept the CDMA & GSM Network they would both share LTE then VOLTE......I would love it and im all for it...
