Raj, 22 Dec 2014How to enable 3g on SIM 2 on Huawei Honor 3CHonor 3C is a dual-sim phone so it can support 2 micro-sims. However, only the first sim will support WCDMA(3G) and GSM(2G) while the other will only support GSM. LTE will not be supported at all.

Hey vivekraog, root the phone, install eng cwm and use fte9k b118 SP1 Rom. FTE9K released the newest modded rom, today for WCDMA 2GB Ram version. I started the download and waiting :)

I have bought Huawei Honor 3C from China Huawei office.
Baseband Version : WR8.W12.46.P6, 2014/01/23 15:25
Build Number : H30-U10 V100R001CHNC00B111
is this enough to work in India? Or should the OS be changed?
Also how to get PlayStore app installed on this? Any idea?

Don't worry. Unlike other China phone brands, Huawei has in the last year established itself in international markets. So these phones would be available for internationally.

Update : Having now read release blurp again, the 3C has two 3G/2G dual sim versions: TD-SCDMA+GSM & WCDMA+GSM whereas 3X is the first ever 3G/3G phone with WCDMA+TD-SCDMA. As for availability, 3C is ready for pre-order now (only in China!?) but no date for 3X as yet. Hope it helps :)

i think the 3c is 3g/2g (td-scdma + gsm) and 3x is 3g/3g (td-scdma & wcdma)
