mediatek sucks. it's good for cheap phones, but 410usd is not cheap. the least i would take is a dual core qualcomm for that amount of money.

Oppo is asking way too much for a MediaTek powered phone. By just adding some more to $410, one can get a Nexus 5. It's funny because Oppo thinks it as Apple.

Instread of shelling out extra money for just wider camera aperture is not wise, go for a digicam. And buy a decent fone in just half the price, 140-160 gm doesnt make much difference, price does. Check out gionee mobiles, or few of micromax or sony

Should've made a smaller screen with small bezels to make it more compact, and installed no less than 32gb of RAM if they're going to throw the card slot away.

with this specs i would rather buy a huawei honor 3c with 2gigs of ram that cost 180$ i could buy 3 of those with this price oppo should check their marketing strategist. -____-

And weather it's a Snapdragon or whatever or not it is still a decent quad core chip. It should definitely have a little more ram though. 5 inch IPS HD, quad, 8mp F/2.0 and 5mp up front come at more than $250.

The big deal is f/2.0 which will give a shallow depth of field for pictures. Oppo is more focusing on camera these days. Hmm.
