I suport the company for work well done by fishing out the tractors out of our beloved gsm manufacturing company so as to serve as example to rest of the workers working in the world best gsm operating company the only brand I used out of millions of gsm operator.

Let alone anything else. If they are truly innocent let them sue HTC for unfair dismissal. Hardly looks like it though does it and it is not like it is not easy enough to prove.
HTC need this publicity like a hole in the head, especially as things are right now. So they would not pursue this unless they had extremely good reason. From a PR perspective they would much rather not have to do this. If they are subsequently found innocent it will be an even bigger PR disaster for HTC.

Find it, admit it, and fix it, htc! fire your CEO if necessary.
