Would have to be a fair bit cheaper than the note 3. The note 3 unlocked already approaching the US$500 mark. So really to make an impact they would have to sell these at about $350 unlocked max especially when you consider smaller screen and likely lower specs.

As for Galaxy S 4 it was a success and it wasnt at the same time because Iphone 5s outsold more than Galaxy S4 in just 2 months i think it was. Samsung did sell a lot but they want to be kinda the top seller in the market even for flagships. But yeah you are right they need to make some changes.

Why would they launch Note mini or Grand Mini. Doesn't make any sense, Note and Grand moniker means Galaxy with big screen in premium, budget range respectively. They already have the lite version a.k.a S4 which can be called note 3 mini, lol.
