Can samsung differentiate the "Smartphones" it produces? Continuously producing model after model after model, with no real value in any of its models. Whats so different about this model?

Its time for mid rangers to have:
1.5GB or 2GB RAM, 8MP/13MP, 2MP Front Cam, 4G maybe
And They Should Also make them cost under $300
