I like the idea of BB going back into physical touch keypad with navigation pad. I dnt vancy Q5 & Q10 for absence of navigation botton. The newly annouce Q20 is my idea phone but how I wish they build a smaller specification of the same proto-type or better say improve on BB 9900 & 9720 expecialy in the area of battery capacity/endurance . Also it will be a welcome idea if BB emback on dual sim phones as this will go a long way to improve on customers' sertifacation, boost their sales and profit level of the company.

BB need to bring back the ease of use of BB7 in to BB10 .
BB 9900 has the ability to use the phone without the need to use touchscreen.
Keyboard , phone and back buttons , speed dial, etc .

brainless?, 09 Jan 2014so they failed and they blamed the hardware design? Any us... moreBOS 10.2 has problems; really? What would those be? And can you show the links backing your claim that it's been hacked? There are none as far as I know, which is why the USDOD (and other agencies) approved BB devices for employee use years ago.

Not every Blackberry user will tell you the PIA is the OS. I've owned the Z10 and upgraded to the Z30 and had only 1 issue with BOS 10 and that was on version 10.1 which has been fixed.

Maybe you could list the issues you have with it instead of making claims for other people which aren't true? BTW, you selected a good nickname.

Touch screen is the successor to QUERTY and not the other way around.

Now QUERTY appeals to a niche group of users and that user base isn't enough to sustain a phone manufacture. If the company is basing it's future on QUERTY models it will not be around much longer.

BB Should come up with better Service efficient Service Centers. CCom is not at all doing good.

I have 9300 and every time I visit Service Center they say will have to send to Bangalore and will return after 10 days, In today's world it is very difficult to live without fone. Especially when you have your officials mails. Every time I submit they deliver me after days and again after two - three months prob is same

                          Regards,

this is not a problem if u have BB... well. touch screen is in demand, and i think they should develop their ECOSYSTEm and focus on multimedia interface

One of the main problems is that you have to pay for all the apps and other users ie apple and android you don't and the apps on bb just don't match the apps on the other providers plus a lot of people like the little emoji characters and been promised them for so long on bb and still don't have them on the 10 devices also the updates take so long to come out people get sick of waiting for them.

Any user who has used a blackberry will tell you the major PIA is the blackberry OS.

the BB OS is secure? my @$$! its been hacked and we all know it. Corporate ready? Again, other mobile OS'es has already made their OS corporate-ready.

so where is BB's edge in today's mobile computing world? NONE... They will die like the PalmOS did (anyone still even remember them?). BB better admit the real reason of their failure and improve on that, not simply doing a kindie-level post-mortem and blame it on hardware design.
