Current OS is 4.1.2 & waiting for update. Model launch on 2013 April & till date ASUS not provide OS updates.

Topper, 27 May 2014Hi guys! I am using asus fonepad 7, model no. K00E(ME372CG-... more@Topper, Me too got the same device. What you dealer told is true. Fonepad 7 comes with 8gb internal storage, about 4gb is dedicated to android and system files. So, you device will show only 4gb available. :-)
However, you can extend your external storage upto 64Gb.

Hi guys! I am using asus fonepad 7, model no. K00E(ME372CG-1A007A). My supplier told me that its internal memory is 8gb but my tab is showing it to be 4gb. Could you please help me to understand about this problem

I'm using ASUS Fonepad ME371MG and using android version 4.1.2. Waiting for upper version of android. Please let us know when it will be available for us. Also there is one bug in this TAB. I'm not able to use any SD card except Transcend. Please fix this ASAP.

I own an ASUS phonepad 7 ME372CG-1A007A(K00E)
and i wanted to know how to download the update for it from the computer unlike other devices like Sony and samsung. they provide a software along the device but with my tab i don't find any such, only a wifi downloading option is available But i am using a broadband connection on my laptop
