Whilst i almost gave up, this is good news. Good work and its good business sense to have some sort of diversification in your portfolio. Sure keep going with WP and add a alpha/numeric phone keypad option for messaging to those but also bring this Normandy to life and add 1 x high spec Android to the mix that is pocket-able. you have the capacity and know how to do something - good. Don't get caught up unnecessarily in the trap of always and forever higher and higher and higher spec as there is a good solid ground where enough is ok and you will strike the cord with most and become a classic in your own right.. . . tick..

Actually, is Nokia allowed to put their resources on other platforms, any terms and conditions that prevent Nokia from doing so by MS?

They should try making this Nokia Droid version. First they could just announce it and see if the preorders won't surpass 1 million in the first minute.

The only Nokia Droid that I would seriously consider buying is a Nokia Droid 41MP Pureview with UHD video recording capability, FHD @60fps, 720p @120 fps and a 4000 MaH battery inside. Wouldn't that just be a killer?

It's just a lowend phone. Future Asha phones will be using Android OS instead of S40 platform. And it's forked Android so it won't have Google Play access. It's not meant to compete with nor replace Lumia.

Nokia = Secure? Since you are a very old Nokia costumer you certainly remember how secure Symbian was.

And I don't even wanna think that you assume that are any secure system nowadays. -_-

If it'll have a good hardware design and good specs then may be I'll get one, but then again, it's an entry level device. Expect this Nokia Android KitKat won't be getting any further updates or upgrades because on February, Microsoft will officially be taking over Nokia.
