Samsung are soon to release the S5 with whatever specs the come in at flexible screen?
Samsung have said that other factors larger screen etc are what people find attractive.
Apple may (May) release a phone (NOT IPhone) phablet size and or NOT AND also the IP6 made bigger ?
iPhones now look very small in comparison
If phones by Apple get bigger it sort of defeats the argument Apple put forward as size/ dimension was NOT an issue

Yes, but if Apple punishes Samsung and Samsung perishes the next Iphone may not release or may not create that crazy fan base as all these years it was Samsung's processor that powered the Iphones' (including the all new 5S).

Just get a featur... moreimessage is intergrated in normal text message, so saves hassle of opening whatsapp, so more convienient plus its free rather than subscribing to whatsapp. plus i use for music, apps and other features so iphone is good for me.

These are normal proceedings, every case filed in a court goes to a period of settlement. If both disagree with any condition set by one then the case will proceed to trial.

i use iphone through convienance more than anything i dont care for specs my iphone 4 is fast, great with apps, and i can imessage pictures to family as were all on iphones.

firstly cpoying is spelt "copying"
secondly.. Apple isn;t the one that has gimmicky features.. Its Samsung.
with S Health (that only works some of the time)
S Scroll (rubbish feature.. drains battery)
S Wallet (Copying Apple's Passbook feature).
I could go on. All reviews said Samsung's Galaxy S4 was full of gimmicky featrures. No one has said that about Apple's features.
More importantly... iPhone apps don't crash or "Force Close" so please get your facts right before you try and slate Apple.
