HTC One sales are worse than S4, maybe there is another reason other than poor marketing.

Definitely not. Here, we are talking about design and not specs wars. HTC One didn't do well in terms of sales because of poor marketing and other things that didn't favor HTC but in terms of design, HTC One won, beating the Sony Xperia Z and Samsung Galaxy S4 in terms of design, winning the best phone of the year 2013 award.

Htc one best design in 2013 in oppose samsung s4 worst plastic design and material quality
Htc one ultra fast with no lag no problem at all in oppose samsung s4 high clocked cpu and the i9500 with 2*quad core too much lags and software problem "turn off and on alone " and thx
"I am using both phone htc one and s4 "
For sure battery htc one can beat easily s4 battery

I dont know, but it doesnt look like it will actually be two ultra cameras, if they were, the lenses should be the same size taking quite a bit of precious space, all this going by the leaked images of course.
Hopefully it will be only one ultra cam and another normal high pixel count cam, a bit impractical in my opinion, but well see if its effective soon enough.

- 13mp, nah would kill lowlight performance, but maybe they can work with 2 lenses for low light and sharpness with a 2nd higher pixel camera.
- 3GB Ram: No point since 2gb is never used till today?
- 4 K video recording: no need, 720p REAL cameras still make better shots than a note 3 recording in 4K
- KitKat 4.4 yep
- finger print reader: no, bad feature
- 3400 battery with wireless charging: nice
- 16/32/64 GB versions from day one !! they should let out the 16gb and add a 128gb version since 16gb is not enough anyway.

The look(subjective thing), and the tech design - are different things. Some mockup could be "tech design" for you.LOL
Taking out features , and even than, making brick shows lack of design skills. This, that no one in the World can open HTC One without to damage it, is ANTI-tech design.

5.2 inch IPS QHD - Snapdragon 805 - 3GB Ram - 13 Ultrapixel main with 2mpx front - 4 K video recording - KitKat 4.4 - finger print reader - 3400 battery with wireless charging - HTC sense ui.v 6 - with decent multitasking & same design element Glass with Alluminium with more colour options - 16/32/64 GB versions from day one !! If they wake up & release it like this sales will double at least.

Of course more megapixel does not mean better picture quality, but it means you can print bigger, without loosing picture quality !! it's psychological, when you in the shop and sales person shows 20.7 Mpx experia then he shows 4 Mpx htc one, people think Xperia is much better !! In my opinion the new htc one2 needs at least 13 Ultrapixel to catch up to the rest,. Some competing handsets front camera is nearly 4 Mpx , 4 or 8 Mpx is not enough anymore. This time htc was rescued by releasing their handset before Samsung's S4 and the design was nice but it won't work for second round, if they don't bring in decent updates in spec htc will make a big loss !! I think htc need to put in snapdragon 805, upgrade camera to 13 Ultrapixel, change BSI sensor for decent low light performance , upgrade in screensize to at least 5.2 screen, with proper multitasking. Only then they have a chance.

I have got to check both the phones in a store and without a doubt, HTC One has the best design compared to Samsung Galaxy S4 and it feels better in hands because of premium quality of aluminum than Samsung Galaxy S4 which has glossy plastic back panel due to which it feels just cheap. We aren't talking about SD card slot and removable battery here, we are talking about design and in the design department, HTC One beats the Samsung Galaxy S4 and all the Samsung phones out there, doesn't matter what you say. No offense. It's just you're hurt by the truth.
