Just download BLACKBERRY LINK connect your BB z10 and there you go. The only problem I have is it does the update and keeps failing at 97% on my MAC and on Windows. There is a huge BUG in the software. Very disappointed. The SIM card full message is a nightmare. Very disappointed in the Z10.

I have the Q10 - Love it - Its an android with a physical key board. Great business tool!. My one frustration is that unlike my previous BB (bold) there is no field in contacts to select categories therefore, I cannot sync my favourites to my Bluetooth to my car. This is annoying ( and dangerous) to try and find a phone number whilst driving. Please fix ASAP.

Updated my Q10 last night and since update haven't been able to delete email messages. When I hit the trash can icon a message comes up asking to delete - I check the new "Always perform this action" box, but the delete option at the bottom is grey and cant be selected, only the cancel option can be selected. I have tried removing the battery but nothing seems to work and emails are piling up! Help!!

I'm using Z10 STL-100 in Indonesia. Upgraded 10.2.1.537 smoothly. Finally there are Instagram and Path on my Z10...

Marc, 29 Jan 2014I have the same issue. Some contacts are completely missin... moreIf you're syncing them with an outside mail program, that process is most likely the problem. I've supported BB's for years for corp clients, and that problem popped up occasionally no matter what mobile device the client was syncing. The easiest way to fix it is to get a complete, up to date, and completely corrent list of contacts in your preferred mail program (eg. Outlook), back up (except the contacts) and format the Mobile Device and resync it. The error occurs because there are mirrored contacts in two places and the settings for which devices wins in a conflict are incorrect. Also if the mail file in your mail program app gets corrupted this will also happen...pretty frustrating...I know.

You're forgetting the most important feature...the ability to run all android apps natively without the need to convert them and side load them. Just find the .apk file for your app, download and install...done!

Big major update, very well done.
Symbian has it all already but BB10 just makes it way better.
For those people who has problems with their updated phones, here's one solution:
Let your phone do the updating job properly instead of "making it faster" in some ingenius ways.
This will eliminate 99% of your problems because more than half of those who updates their phone cannot seem to wait for it to properly update finish and kept doing things like:
-force restart thinking its already done???
-updating on 10% battery life thinking it's fine???
-battery pulling on BB10 logo thinking it hanged???
Seriously don't hate the phone, hate yourself because any phone will just cripple and die.

ONly the Z30, Q5 and Q10 had Radios, and only now has this hardware been 'unlocked' by the new update. Only internet radio available on Z10 such as TuneIn Radio etc.

Can't delete messages within the Hub using side menu now with new update. Previously could hold down on a message and a side menu would appear from the right allowing deletion of the message. Side menu in Hub does not pop out now since update
