Dr.X, 03 Feb 2014How Stupid! every Company that is going to be broke , is tr... moreNokia is not going broke boy, Nokia is not just a mobile division Company. Nokia holds Nokia Solutions and Networks, before known as NSN (Nokia Siemens Networks). Also holds all their patents who are available to you through all mobiles this days... and so on. And this is also an answer to some other guy here claiming that Nokia is crapp. Well my boys, if Nokia is crapp, then your crappy phones are even crappier cause they use what Nokia provided, but with a way lower hardware quality;).

I don't see a reason as to why Nokia is coming after HTC. Nokia must relapse and cease to accentuate fiscal growth by suing others. iPhone is all that you need

How Stupid! every Company that is going to be broke , is trying to file an injuction , that's ridiculous . it only makes me hate that particular company more , i stopped buying Apple's products about 2 years ago after the first few court battle it started , and now it's time to ban nokia products . shame on y'all law suit monkeys for making everything messed up and dirty.

I don't know how can people approve that. Not by the court decision, but for ban a cellphone for one or another thing. Banning a cellphone it's worse for the users, not for the company. HTC shuld pay a fee. But letting us with fewer options, I cannot see anything good from that...

Companies who are infringing patents are stealing not innovating. If anything, patents prevent piracy and theft and encourages others to be creative and innovative.

AnonD-59657, 02 Feb 2014Don't worry pal! Nokia is gone! Now the challenge is how ... moreThe problem with trolls today is the same problem with them since the existing of the internet. They don't know a dime about the things they are talking about. First of all, my trollie trollie, everyone of the mobile manufactor in this world have stolen mostly everything their mobiles can do, from Nokia and now they pay licenses. If i would have been Nokia's CEO, i would not lincese them ever, i would try to crush them to the bones. Make them pay for what they did, force them to use their crappy tech and prove who's the best. To teach them some respect and to teach people some reality. As for Nokia is gone, my trollie trollie, Nokia device division was soled, and microsoft pays licenses to Nokia for 10 years to come, so gues what? Yop, exactly, Nokia holds all their licenses for them selves, and yes Nokia sued HTCrapp and not microsoftcrapp. And from my opinion, on how much has Nokia been trolled by Samsung and Apple in the past years, all what Nokia should do now, is to crush them like the snicky bugs they are, suck the money out of them like they backdor'ed the only real mobile company ever. I don't mind monopol, and you know why? Cause i would just like to see them radical and troll their trolls;).

Step by step, bit by bit Nokia is clawing back its position. Launching a full scale attack on the low end as well, taking back customers from Samsung, which has dominated that particular category for a while.

Geez, a lot of people here are brainwashed by android defending one of their beloved company.

It isn't Microsoft or Nokia's fault, it's HTC's own fault. HTC infringed Nokia's patent. It's simple logic, and it's the law.

While all you android fans out there having kitkats, why not have common sense.
