I doubt they'd use FullHD screen on a device with weak processor. Ardeno 305 is a weak graphics processor, it won't handle FullHD as snappy as dragon 800.
I believe HD resolution could be correct if there is a low-end processor. But its always best not to guess but to wait for official announcement.

I would think gfxbench is correct, doesnt make sense to have an Adreno 305 to power a Full HD display, even for 720p the 305 is a bit on the low side, its most suitable for FWVGA.
