Nahhh...I'm sticking with the Note3 for now in the Jakarta area. It does it's job, even though it was freaking expensive as hell last year.

Its call TKDN (Tingkat Kerja Dalam Negeri). Wondering how sammy and apple going to bring in LTE capable smartphone to indonesia. Somebody should remind menkominfo about this. :)

Dear buyers, just tell u the reality for LTE, so far only 2.3GHz tdd-lte available in Jakarta. Other band of lte will be available probably end of next year for wide spread usage. So dont buy LTE smartphone now if you are unable to use it, nothing for you to show off as the lte is not there. By the time lte is there for public wide usage, your current phone is already old and almost time for change. And by the end 2015, cheaper LTE enabled smartphone will be available in the market as well. So dont listen to smartphone makers marketing gimmicks, some are totally bullsh*t. No comment from me if you have tonnes of gold and have nowhere to spend.

just add around $60 on top of $555, one could get Note 3. What the hack is Sammy is doing ? is the craze to dominate the market had got into them ?

Yes it is an initial price but of later on if the price does not drop until around $400 then let forget about this phone.

My way of buying phones: If i have alot of money, i will buy iphone due to its better user experience and stability. But if i dont high budget, i rather buy low price android phone. Sammy phones are over priced, I rather find Lenovo etc. Why? I used Sammy GN2 before, it crashed while I am playing plants vs zombies 2, and castle clash. I did bought lenovo s920 at usd210 (half of GN2 price?), it did crashed as well. The amount of crashes are similar. So whats the point buying pricey sammy if it performs like China phone? Sammy phones are way too over priced, only marketing gimmicks made it selling very well. Remember Octa bullsh*t from sammy is SGS4? Indeed you can just using quad core at one time, so whats the point you buy that octa bullsh*t??

It's still too expensive even for us Indonesians, even for such spec. What's the point of having 2 CPU in a smartphone? Better performance? Doesn't make any sense on me; single quad-core smartphone is still doing great, with right ROM and kernel of course

Fail. Just buy a used Note 3 (if you're going for something similar that is) for 400 euro.

as far as i know Indokom isn't samsung's official retailer. so there's possibility that those Note 3 Neo is unofficial (not covered by warranty) version.
so, you better wait for the official version.
some of Samsung"s official retailers in Indonesia are OkeShop, Erafone, GlobalTeleShop, Sentraponsel, TokoPDA.
