Wow, your sense of hubris is almost palpable. Simply living in a foreign country does not in any way make you an expert on said country. You would have to come up with some extremely strong arguments to convince many people that the negatives of free speech outweigh the positives.

B) Free speech and intelligence or common sense are not always linked
C) Free speech does not excuse anyone, or make it right, to spread lies, harm or general rubbish
I don't know if you're American, I presume you are by your statements. Free speech in the US harms more than it does good, thanks to a lack of common sense on a host of topics. I've lived there, I know what I'm talking about.

where is Nokia ? Elop assured people that WP is the best choice and what ? Nokia drop from 30 to 3% market share in smartphones! WP today is a little better, but they should choose Android and other os in 2010-2011 maybe WP maybe WP and MeeGo, but for sure not only MS mobile os. Elop was worst choice for Nokia and best for MS mission.

High end android smartphones own iphones in almost everything at a fraction of the price, except maybe camera quality but honestly speaking thats only one factor to consider when getting a smartphone.
bottomline being, that androids are versatile in their products to be able to cater to a wide variety of different consumers, whereas Apple is stuck with their same sheeple who will buy the next mediocre Apple phone year after year and shell out big bucks for an inferior product.
Android will be the downfall of Apple, maybe not in the American market but in the rest of the world and thank god for that.

All bought BN, no BS.
Will try lumia dis year in addition to g flex, s5, i6..
Tried drop test once in my xperia z and I f***n regret it.

i can my self feel the chane. last year i would have been luck to see a lumia in a month. but now i cant find a single day that i cant see a lumia in wild

Apple will dominate upper end and microsoft will dominate lower and mid end just like pc market.
google android will die in between.
MS and apple are silenty working together to do it. ios serch is powred by bing. even MS services first goes to iOS not to wp. same a apple they dont hurt the sale of windows phone in return.

You have to understand when you say that android phones top the market. How is that some many Android devices vs one apple product. Still the share is close to samsung 100 devices vs One premium product. Your guess is as good as mine Battle one on one and android looses. Apple does not flood the market with cheap phones. Period.

Windows Phone is growing slower than expected, but wait!
This OS is going to grow until it becomes mature, as Windows did this in PC.
Then there is no space for Apple and Google to breath.
I remember November 2012, when almost all iFans and FanDroids laughed out loudly at Microsoft's OS. November 2013 after a year of Truly arrival of WP8 among Two superpower (iOS, Android), Microsoft passed the market share in different location, and in November 2015 (Next Year), you will see where WP8 will be and where iOS.
Android is not growing anymore, it starts to Blow like a Red Giant in space.
This is the fact of life, whether you want or hate.

Weneed innovation and no Android vs Ios vs Samsung flame wars. So what of Apple sells more or Samsung more are they giving us bread to it at home ? Samsung sells a trillion of phones and that had worked best for them. They have a phone at every price range. Apple only covers the premium market. We pay the price and we want the full service that is claimed with the product. Whatever be it your preference iPhones or android phones take whatever it is better for your lifestyle. No need to go bitching on another product page just out of spite so you can cure your insecurities. And I'm talking in general not specifying. Oh and yes I'm the choice guy.
