It's been a long period of 17 months of support for those phones..and still counting :)

Also new cheap models like T2 Ultra and E1 are going to be released soon din 4.3. There are 14 models with 4.3...may you tell me another manufacturer with 14 4.3 models already or in the near future?
Also Sony has promised 4.4.2 for Z, ZL, ZR, ZU, Z1, Z1s, Z1c, Tablet Z, SP. There are 9 phones planned to be upgrated to 4.4.2 starting the end of this month. Also T, TX and V they are "investigating".
Not to mention that 4.3 or even 4.4.2 might come to cheaper phones like C, L, M !
Haters gonna hate anyway!

4.3 brings new UI like in Z1 and soon will be 4.4, sony are very generous giving update for MID-RANGE model (even 2012 phone) compared to other brand (samsung?). All your comment laughing here really stupid not having RESEARCH first
