eli577, 16 Feb 2014I think these specs will change, because I do not think it ... moreWell, the LG Optimus L5 had a 4.0 inch screen and a 480 x 320 resolution. The same resolution as the original iPhone. LG aren't one for good displays.

boring, I thought moto g is the new standard for (relatively cheap) "mid-range" phones, oh well, my xperia l is still in good condition anyways.....oh btw, motorola is not popular in my country, thus it has a very bad re-sell value

eli577, 16 Feb 2014I think these specs will change, because I do not think it ... moreIts fine

                L9-II is just a dualcore
                While
                L90 is a Quadcore

                Its fair enough

Some L9-II has just about 2100mAh battery
                While
                L90 has 2540mAh

                Its a matter of choice

                Welldone LG!

I think LG L-series are currently the best bang for the buck for mid-low segment. But I'm curious, which screen is better between IPS and S-LCD ?

I'm currently using HTC mid-end, and I'm very pleased with its SLCD2 screen. I'm considering LG for my next phone but I still have doubt with IPS screen sunlight legibility. Can someone experienced with both screens give insight ? Pro and cons ?

Note: I'm not fond of Samsung phones so amoled might be out of questions. TIA

Those are not successors of L9 II, L7 II and L4 II but rather successors of L3 (L40 III), L5(L70 III) and L7(L90 III). At least considering specs.

I think these specs will change, because I do not think it is possible that the L90 will have a qHD display, while the L9 II already has an HD.

A screen resolution of 1280 x 720 would have been more desirable!
