Nokia sends out Nokia X Normandy to developers in India

Some lucky Indian devs have received pre-release Nokia X units, the app development has started.

this is a test. if all goes well then nokia/microsoft will dump the windows phone os and concentrate on providing services. no reason to waste resources on yet another mobile os. a couple of months from now all lumia phones will be upgraded to linux but keeping the same user interface of windows phone. no one would notice except for flood of new apps

      Waiting for comments repeating the same thing they said in the last 5 or 7 news pieces about this phone:

      - Android phone without Google Play or Google apps is pointless.
      - it's stupid!
      - FAIL!
      - no one will buy it.
      - DOA

              Well, as it seems Microsoft plans to substitute the failed WP OS with a Linux based one... Go ahead & launch Windows 9 for desktop based on Ubuntu! LOL
