AnonD-234810, 18 Feb 2014This is the most pathetic offer that HTC could have came up... morei agree with you 1000% HTC takes its consumers as fools... The international crowd has been alienated by these morons... Look at Samsung, I personally dislike them but I appreciate them for the sheer respect and how they care for old flagships as well, S3 will eventually receive 4.4
Htc will shut down very soon for the hatred they are receiving...

This is the most pathetic offer that HTC could have came up with. They think people are fools who will buy HTC and wait for updates and would later be formed that they won't be seeding updates.

FYI Samsung is the BRAND who is there for it's customers may it be updates or anything they made it count for you.

      I OWN HTC ONE X.

Most, if not all of the people living in the US are covered by the same warranty statement, whereas at least europeans have all kinds of different national warranty laws that might make a similar thing more complicated to introduce. Therefore they introduce and test in on a big market with the same warranty throughout. If it's a successful thing, they might think of introducing it on other markets as well.

it may cost a lot so they want to try it first in US and see the
results, later they may consider other regions if it works fine. you'd
like them to make it globally from the start? you are a funny guys.

Sounds good. Well if they provide only to U.S customers thn I wud say its a discrimination fr all of us who r outside U.S countries. I hope HTC will nt do it as if they thn they will gonna loose potential customers especially in india. As we hv too invested our hard earned money on HTC ONE.
