Good work Samsung, really surprised about S3 mini. Now let's see the time frame...

I hope Sony actually following these "footsteps", but as they are now, doesn't look like. Shame on Sony... (z1 owner)

Anonymous, 18 Feb 2014that's their top 10%.. you really think they would waste re... moreI was being sarcastic because Samsung has an awful lot of devices, much too many actually and when they update 15 of them it seems a lot while in reality it is only a tiny fraction. Most devices will never see one update at all. They'll be released with 4.2 and that's it.

So why even produce so many devices with tiny differences which all look the same? Isn't this a waste of time and ressources?

Who's going to by the 10th iteration of the Samsung Galaxy Core 4G or whatever when there are already 5 devices with the exact same specs?

Samsung even releases the same specs in a new device with a new name.

If I were Samsung, I also wouldn't want to develop for 150+ devices. And they know it but don't care.

It's almost like everyday a new Samsung phone is announced.

I may be a bit off, but since the beginning of the year, Samsung has already announced 5-7 new devices...

Holy shit s3 mini wow samsung congrats really did not expect that

Some people should read properly what these news are all about:US Samsung smartphones and tablets. That's why they don't mention Grand 2 (which is not on sale in the US). About the S2,come on it's a 3 year old phone. You can't expect any updates considering even Nexus products don't get that far. Anyway these are good news and hopefully Samsung will also release updates for the International models.

I'm completely uninterested at juvenile features or design, as I've exited kindergarten a while back.

I don't want my communication device to look or feel like a kiddie toy and I also don't think 965 ways of messaging or tracking is going to bring any benefit to me.

Also, Note 3 is fast enough already. Full screen media is available already so yawn to those "special" features as well.
What interests me is if the keyboard gets full size on Note 3. As it was in the start. Feature which is something actually useful and important for practical phablet usage.
