it's only one device, the variant sizes means the onscreen key hence the slight difference in screen size (smaller when onscreen buttons are on, bigger when off), no more hardware buttons

Oh my god that is the best galaxy phone so far and has the best specs, thank you samsung and please release more variants like active, s5 zoom, lte-a, and later with an upgraded cpu & colorful choices.. we will buy it soon! Im so excited for this

The bezel free display is one of the advantage for Samsung. But Again that boring same design & UI. Compare with Sony or HTC, Samsung need to improve their UI immediately. At-least Sony & HTC are not boring as Samsung is.

I don't think this makes much sense, if anything it could hamper sales, people won't buy the lower speccd s5 they will wait for the more powerful one and in that time the other companies will release their flagships and take customers from Samsung, Samsung is the worlds largest phone manufacturer and they own large stakes in multiple display makers so I would be surprised if they can't meet demand for a phone considering they have been working on new display tech for the s5 since well before last summer.... Few more days and we will know either way.

I know of people who easily do more than 4 days on one charge... on the other hand there will always be people that (regardless of battery size) will be able to fully deplete the battery in a few hours.
