I still can't wrap my head around Nokia X, Nokia X+, and Nokia XL's Core OS, is it like BB10 where you can run Android apps without being "Android"?

Crappy processor with a crappy 768 mb ram... You need at least 1g ram and a faster processor to run games and large apps smoothly... Well i guess this phone was designed to be cheap :/
