My Lenovo laptop send in for defective speakers. After 1 week, they returned back to me and claimed it's solved, but it isn't.

If were to compare all these customer care samsung is the worst, google the emmc faulty samsung malaysia news

he is from Malaysia, and the situation in Malaysia is pretty bad, they have only one service centre left, which is hard to find, and inconvenient to go. Perhaps due to the volume of devices they need to fix, the service quality is bad, I had devices in there that waited for weeks to be fixed, and many other has complained about some other quality on their workmanship, like dropped paint, bent housing when opening up your phone. Worst case I heard was they break some of your parts but charge you for it. TBH, Nokia is still one of my favourite brands, but if they cant upgrade their service, they won't be getting back the Malaysia market.

Not interested anymore in nokia brand. Bad service from mobile technic. Don't buy nokia unless they change their nokia care service company.......
