this OS is irrelevant... for anyone that owns a phone running Windows Mobile. Why? Because MS has said that it will not be released for ANY CURRENT DEVICES. Yet another reason never to buy a WinMo-powered phone: as soon as you buy it, the OS is outdated. Meanwhile, Apple and Google and Nokia are continually releasing updates to their OS for all the existing products they sell - for free or for a nominal fee.
When you buy a Microsoft-powered product, you're advertising to the world "I'm stupid and like to throw away my money".

Will be possible to upgrade the old WM 6.1 to brand new WM 6.5? As an owner of a Omnia, I would like to know this...

Will this open "edit locked/read only" files.
Also will it support password protected files for M S Office?

A fancy front end doesn't solve the problems with Windows Mobile!
