the 2 camera will be u-pixel ones, one with 4 mp and the other one with 2 mp as they suggest it in this link. (is in spanish, sorry):

there they are saying that those 2 camera also will work as 5x optical zoom

How is this not a phablet? It's almost as tall as the initial note. Does everybody like phablets these days because I find it hard to find a real phone. Apart from moto X every other flagship is phablet sized it seems, do you really like the feeling of a device eclipsing your hand?
Since the most ancient days the most popular tools were no more than a handful, look at the spear, stone axes, the smith's tools. This recent trend is going against millions of years of evolution and thousand of years of human history. I doubt that there won't be an era that looking back at '10s and at how purposefully big we made our most every day tool won't inspire laughs of derision at how comically kitch our tools are.

If these are all true then Sony Xperia Z2 takes the bacon home. Z2 is gonna be way better than this one specs wise and both handsets feel premium so Sony has nothing to worry about. Good job Sony and bye bye HTC!

Well, HTC might as well sell it now as there is no point in announcing it at a big show or keynote or something else. It's just too leaked now. Although it looks a very impressive phone.

I was really interested in this phone, as I find it to be very aesthetically pleasing. However, if the rumors are true, there are two potential deal breakers:
A 4 megapixel camera? Call it what you want, but 4 megapixels are still 4 megapixels. It's totally unacceptable in an age where the Xperia Z1 have 20.7 megapixels.
What's up with that rumored battery? 2600 Mah? You're kidding, right? People can't keep running to the charger. I'm spoiled by the LG G2 with 3000 Mah, so I can't downgrade. It's 3000+ MaH or bust. HTC can't be this stupid when they're in dire straits.

So...that's it!
There's nothing new to know about this phone anymore, except for the camera resolution...is it 4, 5 or maybe even 8 MP?! Either way, it seems to me that I'll wait for the autumn to upgrade my device now that I've seen all these boring devices (Z2, S5, new one)...damn, and I so much wanted to buy this One.
